Our impact whirl mill DemiNo® grinds steep particle size distributions that have no equal. Curves so tight that even dust removal is no longer needed: only two processing steps are necessary –
first micronisation, then classification. With special cryo equipment and a rotor especially developed for cryogenic processing, DemiNo® gives yet another outstanding performance. Cryogenic grinding: products an applications

• Plastics e.g. polyamides for use in the water bath, prototyping of polymer parts (laser sintering). Here ultra-precision grinding is the decisive factor to obtain required grain size distributions.
• Polyurethane
• Rubber
• Temperature-sensitive products, e.g. waxes.
• Fibrous products, e.g. cellulose. Cryogenic grinding breaks fiber structures and shortens the fibers. Afterwards, the product can easily be micronised in further milling processes.
• Foodstuffs, chiefly fatty products – please ask us.
