Used separately, or as a strong team. Online as a multifunctional system, with their specific performance features combined – according to your processing objectives, e.g. with SeparaNo® bearing a central online function as classifier.
Our technical laboratory machines may be used as stand-alones. E.g. dynamic air classifier SeparaNo® 2070-SE as an independent fractionizing unit, impact jet mill DemiNo® 3125 for deagglomeration.
Or connected online as a multifunctional system. Combine their specific performance features according to your product requirements. Grinding and classifying – or classifying and grinding – one after the other, on two machines operating continuously. Often, SeparaNo® functions as the centrepiece of the system, bearing a central, posterior role as classifier. E.g. in the processing of toners you may grind with MultiNo® and connect SeparaNo® in order to remove the finest particles. Or you may classify the ground material from DemiNo® to the desired top cut particle size according to specification.
During the testing phase, when testing reproducibility, or in the production
of small quantities: NOLL technical laboratory machines can be used for a vast range of applications. For companies with an in-house R & D division, they are the ideal equipment for research and development. Later on, industrialsize quantities can be processed using a large NOLL powder processing system. Another option: some companies use NOLL technical lab machines for R & D as well as to produce their high-tech products in small amounts.
