Our project-related partnership with the internationally renowned grinding specialist PALLMANN (Zweibrücken, Germany), initiated last year, is now further intensified. This includes a sales & distribution cooperation as well as the manufacture of especially large-format NOLL processing systems ideal for industrial powder production.
Edisonstraße 11 B at Bobingen’s Industriegebiet Ost is our new spacious home as from October 1, 2015.
The new location – now a separate building – also unites under one roof both company divisions, our processing technology unit Aufbereitungstechnologie NOLL GmbH as well as our counsulting unit Ulf Noll Service & Beratung: project management and administration, spare parts storekeeping for project service, and of course the »Powerhouse of Ideas«, our technical laboratory for all those who seek support to pursue innovative directions in the dry processsing of powders and ultra-fine materials.
We love our new business premises: the perfect environment to individually and intensively support our clients!
Changes at NOLL: New company units!
Schüttgutveredelung NOLL GmbH becomes NETZSCH Lohnmahltechnik GmbH. Ulf NOLL Service & Beratung is founded.
Dating to December 31, 2013, the Schüttgutveredelung NOLL GmbH changes hands along with its corporate name: the NETZSCH Group acquires our powder processing division and continues toll processing production and services at the Bobingen site.
Our processing technology unit Aufbereitungstechnologie NOLL GmbH and its focus on systems engineering is not affected. It remains in the hands of Ulf Noll and family.
Our business founder Ulf Noll now concentrates on the management of Aufbereitungstechnologie NOLL GmbH. He will also devote his energy wholeheartedly to the newly created »ULF NOLL Beratung & Service«: As counselor for fine particle technology and specialist with over 35 years of experience, he continues to accompany his clients in their toll grinding projects, engineeering, R & D and testing.
At Aufbereitungstechnologie NOLL GmbH, our clients can fully rely on Ulf Noll and his powerful team, on our dependability and top-notch quality.
With toll grinding services at the Bobingen site – now operating under the NETZSCH Group – customers will continue to find NOLL technology and the well-proven team in logistics & production.
Credit rating: NOLL’s top performance.
The Creditreform certificate confirms: Schüttgutveredelung NOLL GmbH, the powder processing specialist, stands out with excellent credit worthiness. The actual evaluation can be called up under www.creditreform.de/crefozert and Crefo number 8030208787.
NOLL’s key figures speak for themselves: solvency index <250 and balance sheet rating <CR9, as well as an actual balance sheet credit worthiness of CR5 with a <0,38% probability of default (PD) within one year.
Continuing the upward trend, this is yet another significant rise in comparison with last year (0,78%) and 2012 (1,04%): the company is on course for success. Schüttgutveredelung NOLL GmbH scores among the top 3% of evaluated enterprises – a trustworthy, reliable business partner showing high financial continuity.
NOLL both at POWTECH 2013 and at European Coatings Show 2013.
We present surprising innovations in mechanical fine particle technology for applications from A to Z, whether additives, pigments, waxes or zeolites.
A particular focus is our special processing in the micron and nano range. Customized coating solutions, cryogenic grinding, increasing surface area and surface activation, structure-preserving processes or selective grinding processes.
Smart systems engineering. Whether glass & ceramics, chemicals or construction, or the regaining of precious materials.
Particle size analysis – a new NOLL service.
Our technical laboratory, the Technikum, now offers particle sizing via laser diffraction. The Mastersizer 2000 system measures and analyzes grain sizes in the range from 0.2 µm to 2000 µm.
Nano processing technology
Rrefinement in the nano range <2 µm – is in great demand. We are specialists for contamination-free and abrasion-free “product-on-product” grinding with our patented opposed jet mill MultiNo®, ideally suited for the ultra-fine grinding of dry materials up to Mohs hardness 10 and for processing in the micron and nano range <2 µm – 200 µm.
As our clients’ partner for R & D, we conduct testing and practical application tests with our MultiNo® technical laboratory machine.
Currently being tested: the wear-and-tear resistance of various polymers.
We continually work on optimizing our materials used, by testing new material developments and possible options in the wear-and-tear components of grinding systems, e.g. classifying wheels, nozzles, purge air + wear rings, and impact elements.
Our goals: to keep the need for spare parts to a minimum, increasing machinery life and to further reduce contamination through polymers in the milling process.
Our ongoing study examines the characteristics of polycarbonate, compound polyamide 6/12, polyethylene, conductive polyethylene, and of PEEK – the latter one of the most valuable polymers on the market and hitherto leader in our tests.
