GREATER SURFACE AREA…

Milling while creating larger surfaces and new molecular surface structures: NOLL fine particle technology achieves smallest, uniform particles in the micron and nano range – and e.g. through surface rounding an increase in fines weight or better flow characteristics of a product. Greater molecular surfaces are also a precondition to induce more surface energy into a product. This kind of mechanical activation is applied in many different areas: used in agriculture, activated fertilizers can boost plant growth and improve soil quality – biological effects which help reduce the use of chemicals. Or take raw material optimization: in absorbents like the mineral zeolite, surface activation quantifiably increases absorption capacity, e.g.of heavy metal

Micronizing and classifying with DemiNo® and SeparaNo® preserve the particles’ surface structure. Our systems stand for steep particle size distributions, sharp top cuts and high selectivity in classification. Through this precision in a clearly defined grain size range, microporous molecular structures of a material remain intact. ACTIVATION, JUST IN TIME.

A must in the agricultural-biological field: processing close to time of application, and timely delivery of the product. We mill precisely according to our client’s planning and measurement wishes, so that the energeticcharge of an activated surface, e.g. of a fertilizer, will unfold its full potential on-site.
