Through our ultra-fine grinding technology, materials become precious powders. We process a remarkable diversity of substances: soft wax, hard metals, going up to Mohs hardness 10. In our opposed jet mills even diamonds are micronised into finest particles.
We micronise, homogenize and classify. You may also benefit from our intelligent combining of two or more treatments – e.g. milling & coating, or milling & mixing –, making refinement even more efficient.
Finest measures to large dimensions.
Our in-house equipment includes opposed jet mills, impact jet mills, dynamic classifiers and technical laboratory mills as well as complete multifunctional processing systems. Potential fines particle sizes range from <2 µm to 2000 µm.
Ultra-fine processing in the micron and nano range <2 µm - 20 µm is our core competence. Our contract grinding capacities fulfill even the most specific requirements. From the smallest measure to very large, industrial-sized quantities – from a few hundred grams up to 6 tons/h!
